Aaron Roberson is a plaintiff-side employment lawyer and co-founder of Roberson & Roberson P.A. He earned his B.S. and J.D. from the University of Florida and has been selected to the Florida Super Lawyers Rising Stars list. He has extensive experience advocating for employees in federal and state employment litigation. He represents employees in cases involving discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, FMLA interference and retaliation, wage-and-hour violations, and whistleblower claims. Aaron regularly litigates under Title VII, the ADA, the FMLA, the FLSA, the Florida Civil Rights Act, Section 1981, and the Florida Private Whistleblower Act. As part of his employment practice, he also represents workers before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the U.S. Department of Labor, and the Florida Commission on Human Relations.

Before co-founding Roberson & Roberson P.A., Aaron served as an Assistant State Attorney, trying a wide range of cases. He also completed a federal judicial externship with Judge Paul G. Byron in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida and was a member of the University of Florida Levin College of Law Trial Team. Those experiences give him a practical, trial-tested edge when he is advocating for employees in the courtroom.
